Judilyn F. Canete is the President/CEO of MedStar Billing Technology & Resources. MedStar is a lead offshore provider on healthcare information management services and human resource development. She was awarded by the Association of Filipino-American Teachers of America (AFTA) for Leadership in Education Administration Distinguished Service in 2016. She is an ambassador of American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) to train healthcare professionals for ICD-10-CM in the country. She is a Certified Coding and Billing Specialist.  Given her trustworthiness and high track record on training hospital workers, MedStar was tapped by The CCNY-CPS in 2012, to review the hospital coders in NY for the (AHIMA) Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) examination.

The record passing rate of 98% made the college trust the company’s competence and knowledge in this field. She crafted the first and only Online/Hybrid Certified Billing and Coding Specialist in New York which the college has been using to train hospital workers and individuals to become Certified Billing and Coding Specialists.The 100% passing rate on the 2016 and 2017 Medical Billing and Coding Specialist National Board Exam has been its most successful endeavor in the training and education services field.
