Tuition Payment Plan
CPS Payment Plan Overview
Continuing and Professional Studies (CPS) is committed to making career training more accessible and affordable. Our tuition payment plan allows eligible students to spread the cost of tuition over multiple payments instead of paying the full amount at registration.
Payment Plan Requirements
Payment plans are available for most CPS Allied Health and Information Technology courses. Below, you’ll find information about eligible courses, how to request a payment plan, payment requirements, and important terms to review before enrolling.
Payment plans are billed on a monthly basis. Student will wither be required to make their payment on the 5th or 20th of each month. The due date for your payments will be determined based on the date you set as the initial deposit payment date upon submitting your application.
- Applicants must create an account BEFORE submitting an application,
- Minimum tuition to qualify for a payment plan is $575, and
- All payment plans will have a 15% non-refundable fee*
Applicants are required to pay off their balance by the date of their final payment. If your balance is not paid off by the last day of class, you will not be eligible to receive a certificate in the class.
*CCNY staff, students and alumni are eligible for a 10% discount at checkout. This will reduce to payment plan fee to a 5% non-refundable fee.

If you request a refund, you will receive the tuition payments made for the class minus the $25 registration fee and the 15% payment plan fee.
If a class is cancelled due to external factors such as low enrollment, instructor unavailability, etc, you can either request to be transferred to a future class or request a refund for the class, including the 15% payment plan fee. These requests must be made in writing.
