Required Security Guard Training Courses

8-Hour Pre-Assignment Training Course

Tuition: $99

The 8-Hour Pre-Assignment Training Course is required by New York State as the first step toward obtaining a Security Guard Registration Card.

8-Hour Registration

16-Hour On-the-Job Training Course

Tuition: $175

The 16-Hour On-the-Job Training Course must be completed within 90 days of employment as a security guard.
