Online & Distance Learning at CWE

Prompted by the outbreak of COVID-19 all Spring 2020 courses resumed on March 19th by employing distance learning modalities, including online instruction. CCNY's Downtown Center for Worker Education already features numerous hybrid-online and fully online classes each semester. Faculty and staff have taken a leading role in making this temporary transition to fully online and distance learning formats for the Spring term. For the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester, City College will be conducting all teaching and most services at distance, meaning both online and via telephone. Please contact your course instructor for up to date information about your registered Spring 2020 courses. For updates on the status of the college please check periodically CCNY, CUNY and NYC Health websites

All Division of Interdisciplinary Studies/CWE students are CUNY students and are eligible for a wide range of services. Please see the CUNY Continuity for Students page for updates.
