Dear CCNY Community:
For this 30-day period, we can share that the demolition of the planters will be completed by the first week of April. Removal of the pavers will commence on the West side of the building and roofing material will be exposed. During the course of the demolition work, there will be dust and noise from material dumping to the dumpsters. Also, sidewalk closures are anticipated along the Convent Avenue. Pedestrian access to the Plaza will be restricted for emergency use only until further notice. Signs will be posted indicating closures and directing pedestrians to the nearest exits.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to improve the building infrastructure on our campus. We are doing everything possible to keep the inconvenience and disruption to a minimum.
