Employee groups who currently are NOT required to participate in the Trainings
Currently employees listed as POIs (Persons of Interest) and Federal Work Study are not required to complete CUNY’s Compliance Trainings. Should this change for either employee group, HR will notify the affected the individuals.
The Research Foundation (“RF”) provides the compliance trainings to employees hired through RF. Hence, RF employees are not required to complete CUNY’s Compliance Trainings. Please contact the campus RF HR gsphr@ccny.cuny.edu for support.
Employees who work at more than one CUNY campus, their compliance trainings will be assigned to their primary campus. If CCNY is not an employee’s primary campus, then CCNY’s Office of Human Resources (“HR”) Compliance Training Administrators will not have access to the training records in Brightspace for the employee and CCNY will not be accountable for their training completion. Find the list of Compliance Training Administrators here.
Periodically, CCNY HR will provide reports of employees who are assigned to the campus. In as much as possible, the divisions and departments should only communicate notifications about compliance trainings to the employees who appear on these reports.
