February 2024 Update
This month the project proceeds with elevators numbered 2, 11, 13, 3 and 5.
Phase 1
Elevator #2 is the passenger in Bank A on the south side of the building (Aronow Theater).
Elevator #11 is the service elevator in the north side of the building near the loading docks.
Elevator #13 is the service elevator that services the cafeteria kitchen.
Next month, these elevators are expected to be inspected, with restoration of their operation to follow.
Phase 2
Elevator #3 is the passenger elevator in Bank B by the Public Safety office.
Elevator #5 is the passenger elevator in Bank C by Career Service.
Along with these two elevators under construction, Freight Elevator #12 will begin construction next month.
Renovation on the remaining elevators is expected to finish during the summer of 2024.
Note: For the duration of the project, there will never be both elevators in the same bank under construction at the same time. There will be a maximum of 3 passenger elevators out of service for replacement at a time.
