Electronic Systems

CCNY Grants and Sponsored Programs (GSP) office uses a number of electronic systems to manage grants and sponsored programs on campus.

  • PARS - used by faculty and other investigators to notify GSP of a planned submission and request proposal assistance
  • Cayuse SP - used for research compliance questionnaires,  internal routing and approval of submissions, and tracking of submissions and awards
  • External Portals - used to submit proposals to sponsors if they specified a special portal for the submission.
