Marshak Plaza Renovations
Marshak Hall, constructed in 1971, is home to the Division of Science and the Athletic Department. This project will renovate approximately 9,100 sf of the Marshal Plaza, providing the college community with a new outdoor (recreation center) which includes a multipurpose athletic court, a running track, seating, plantings and an entertainment venue. This project will also include a new elevator and stairs for access to plaza level from Convent Ave and, a new walkway with benches and plantings as a part of street enhancements. Anticipated construction completion date is first quarter of 2024
